I bought this about a year ago for my daughters drapes, it doesnt have a designer or manufacturer name on it at all :( I bought it in San Jose at a fabric market that brought in tons of bolts direct from China and was not very organized, if you are in that area look up Fabric R Us, they dont have a website or anything and do not really speak English but have so much fabric its crazy!
